HOW TO CREATE A PRINT-READY FILE.
In most cases, we accept two file-types for print: JPG or PDF. The table below has the requirements for each file type.
JPG
- Design at 100% scale
- DPI/PPI 150
- No bleed or crop marks
- Color: CMYK
- File size: 300MB or less
* If it shows on your design file, it will print on your product.
- ALL design elements must be vectored
- Fonts must be outlined (vectored)
- All objects/gradients/swatches/symbols/special effects/transparencies/etc. must be flattened
- No bleed or crop marks

- File size: 300MB or less
- Single page only
Template instructions
Check your product’s page or ask your Sales Rep if your product has a template. If it does, the following instructions apply.
- Double sided products must be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template
- See the graphic below for pole-pockets
- Do not adjust artboard size
- Do not reposition guidelines
- Design on layer labeled “Artwork”
- Delete mask/guide layers when instructed by template
Please note, sending us files that are not print ready can cause delays in printing or errors in your final print product. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by sending non-print-ready files so double-triple-check your artwork before sending it to us.
